Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the card brands will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information, and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

Our pieces come with English letters only - with the exception of Arabian Nights Necklace (Arabic) and The Geisha Necklace (Japanese). However, accents on letters and hyphens are also possible for necklaces in additional languages.

Yes, You can engrave both letters and numbers. Emojis are not engravable.

No, our products are tarnish-free. We craft and plate all of our pieces with genuine precious metals: 18K Gold, Rose Gold or Silver. Each product is tailor made by hand, which allows us to deliver uncompromising quality control.

Absolutely. We sleep and shower with our favorite Encore pieces! All of our products are water and stain resistant.

Yes, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that order cancelation for custom jewelry is only possible within the first 24 hours. If it has been a bit over one day, please contact us at support@encoreusa.store so that we can try to submit a cancelation request to our production team. If a non-custom item has been shipped, we cannot provide you with a refund. Changing custom names and other order specifications is also only possible within the first 24 hours of order placement.

Once you have added items to your cart, discount codes are entered at the checkout page. You will see a grey square box for you to enter your discount code. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update to the discount code that was entered. Please apply all discount codes before placing your order. We are unable to update your order or provide a discount refund after the order is placed.
